POWER UP PROTECTOR acts against the sludges and sediments of biological origin that may contaminate the diesel fuel.
The systematic mandatory addition of biodiesel to diesel fuels in the EU may lead to different levels of contamination in them, due to exogenous agents that take the form of microorganisms, bio-sediments, fungi and other bacteria of aerobic or anaerobic origin that breed and grow inside tanks, whether these are used for storage or inside the vehicles themselves. These organic wastes may lead to the repeated obstruction of filters, and in many cases to irreparable damage to the injection system.
The physico-chemical biface mixing process of POWER UP PROTECTOR interacts in contaminated volumes by deactivating the microbial fauna in liquids, at the same time as it protects them from new growths.
POWER UP PROTECTOR not only provides multifunctional properties for improving diesel fuels, but it also ensures their permanent protection by stopping the growth of microorganisms, as it is a low-profile biocide that covers a broad spectrum, provided it is used on a continuous basis.
POWER UP PROTECTOR should be added to these fuels in order to protect them against contamination, provided they have not already been contaminated, as in this case they will require an aggressive treatment with BIO-POWER.
Once this treatment has been performed, the continuous use of the additive POWER UP PROTECTOR will ensure the fuels remain free of any microorganisms and avoid the problems described above.
POWER UP PROTECTOR is mixed in a minimum proportion of 1 litre for every 6,000 litres of diesel fuels.
